We are a legal firm with more than two decades of experience in providing quality legal services in the city of Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico.
OUR HISTORY
The Firm Solís Guasch y Asociados SCP (DSG Abogados), has been offering legal services to the general public for more than 20 years in the city of Mérida; Yucatan; Mexico, being the authentic heir to a tradition of providing legal services for more than fifty years. DSG Abogados was founded by Law graduates Pablo Solís Millet and Fernando José Guasch Madáhuar, both graduates of the Anáhuac Mayab University.
Since its inception, DSG Abogados has shown its corporate vocation by directing most of its work effort to real estate and corporate law.
THE LEGAL TRADITION OF DSG ABOGADOS BEGINS IN THE MID-FORTY YEARS
With the Lawyer Pedro Solís Aznar (q.e.p.d.), who was a Notary Public of the State of Yucatán, holder of the Notary Public number 16, residing in the city of Mérida; as well as President of the Conciliation and Arbitration Board of the State of Yucatán; Director of the Public Registry of Property and Commerce of the State itself; Attorney of Justice of the Yucatecan entity and; Medal of legal merit awarded by the Yucatan Bar Association, A.C. among other positions and distinctions.
IN THE 1970S, LAWYER PEDRO VICENTE SOLÍS CANO OBTAINED OWNERSHIP OF PUBLIC NOTARY NUMBER 63, LIVING IN THE CITY OF MÉRIDA.
At the end of the last decade of the twentieth century, the Firm Solís, Guasch y Asociados SCP (DSG ABOGADOS) was integrated with the lawyers Pablo Solís Millet and Fernando José Guasch Madáhuar. The first grandson and son of the aforementioned notaries and the second nephew of both.
On February 25, 2011, Mr. Pablo Solis Millet supported and unanimously passed the exam to obtain the status of Notary Applicant for the State of Yucatan, and on the XX day he obtained the State Notary Public Patent. In this way, DSG Abogados gives way to the creation of Notary 129, which integrates and preserves the talent of the qualified professionals who provided their services at DSG Abogados and consolidates itself as a highly competent service provider and generator of a notarial offer based on the technology that comes to contribute a lot to the notarial union by providing quality legal services and excellence to the business and financial environment.
